1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ghostly website and purchasing our Ghost themes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products

Ghostly sells premium Ghost CMS themes developed and maintained by us. All themes are digital products. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the theme files and any associated documentation.

3. License

When you purchase a theme, you are granted a single-site, non-exclusive license to use the theme on one website. This license permits you to:

• Install and use the theme on one website you own or manage.
• Modify the theme to suit your needs.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the theme to third parties.
• Share or transfer the theme files to others.
• Use the theme on more than one website without purchasing additional licenses.

4. Payments

All purchases are one-time payments in USD, processed securely by Creem. Prices are displayed on each product page. You agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a theme has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve it.

6. Support

Each theme purchase includes 6 months of email support. Support covers installation help and bug fixes related to the theme. It does not cover custom development or modifications. Contact us at support@ghostly.com.

7. Updates

Theme updates are provided for the duration of the support period included with your purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue updates for older theme versions.

8. Intellectual Property

All themes, designs, and code are the intellectual property of Ghostly. Purchasing a theme grants you a usage license only — ownership of the theme remains with Ghostly.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ghostly themes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our themes, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
