1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing ghostheme.com or purchasing Ghostheme products, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products
Ghostheme sells premium Ghost CMS themes and related digital products. After successful payment, you receive access to the purchased files.
3. License
Each theme purchase grants a single-site, non-exclusive license. You may install and modify the theme for one website you own or manage. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or transfer the theme files.
4. Payments
Purchases are one-time payments in USD and are processed securely by Creem. Prices are displayed on each product page.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, sales are final after download. If you experience a technical issue, contact support and we will help resolve it.
6. Support
Theme purchases include email support for installation help and bug fixes related to the theme. Support does not include custom development.
7. Updates
Theme updates may be provided during the support period. We may discontinue updates for older theme versions.
8. Intellectual Property
Themes, designs, and code remain the intellectual property of Ghostheme. Purchasing a product grants a usage license only.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ghostheme products are provided as is without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
